To book an appointment simply contact us below. If you are a new patient you will be asked to provide your full name, telephone number, email address, postal code, date of birth, and credit card number (including expiry date) to reserve your appointment time. 

Appointments will be held for a 10-minute grace period. We will try to accommodate late arrivals, however our ability to do this depends on your nurse injector’s schedule. In some situations we may be able to customize your treatment to fit the remaining appointment time, while in other situations, you will need to reschedule your appointment.

We are happy to re-schedule or cancel your appointment if necessary, however, in order to accommodate our other patients, we request 1 full business days’ notice. 

Please do not bring children under 12 years of age to the clinic. Our facility is not childproof and we do not provide supervision. Children pose a safety concern and we would like to ensure that we can give you our undivided attention during your treatment.
